I had Sam come out to do a deep shampoo leaning on our bedroom carpet and living room couch, the team arrived on time I was able to receive same day service the work took a bit over an our but at the end of the cleaning process our couch and carpet looked amazing some old traffic stains and dog related issues were removed completely I am super happy with the service and give carpet cleaning nyc a solid 5 star rating by far the best local service company I had the pleasure of dealing with
